Tammy Lynn Clark-Carter, 50, of New Madrid, Missouri, passed away November 3, 2023 at her daughter's in Lilbourn, Missouri.

Tammy was born January 9, 1973, in Sikeston, Missouri, to the late Karen Burnes Clark and Eddie Clark.

Survivors include; three children, Corey Clark, Courtney Clark and Hunter Birchfield, all of Lilbourn, grandchildren, Marissa, Shanley, Jordan, Eli, Noah, Violet and Van Oliver, one sister, Cindy (Chris) Phelps of Randles, Missouri, one brother, Eddie "Bullet" Clark of New Madrid, stepmother, Judy Clark of New Madrid, and significant other, Earnest Carter of New Madrid.
