Sandra Jean “Sandy” Kimball passed away August 29, 2020, at her home in New Madrid at the age of 66 years.
She was born June 23, 1954, in New Madrid, to the late Jesse Kimball and Mary Boldt Hector who survives of New Madrid.
She was married to George Savat on September 11, 1976, and they were married for 17 years. He proceeded her in death.
She was activity director for New Madrid Nursing Center for several years. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of New Madrid.
Survivors include: one daughter, Letitia Kimball Fields of New Madrid; five brothers, Jesse “Tootie” and Kaye Kimball of New Madrid, Robert “DB” Kimball of Dexter, Benny and Joyce Kimball of New Madrid, Michael and Leah Kimball of Houston, Texas, and Timmy Hector of Bloomfield, Missouri; two sisters, Julie and the late Gerald Brock of Marston and Jacque and James Crafton of Clarkton, Missouri; grandchildren, Kyle Kimball, Kasandra Burleson and Shelby Fields; great-grandchildren, Carson and Stormi-Raigh Burleson.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Debra Michelle Kimball.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until time for services at 1 p.m. Friday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid with G.L. Keene officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Jesse “Tootie” Kimball, Timmy Hector, Kyle Kimball, Shelby Fields, Johnny Shaver, Billy Brock and Bradley Kimball.
