Roberta M. Rice, 84, of Risco, Missouri passed away October 16, 2022, at her home in Risco.

She was born September 23, 1938, in East Prairie, Missouri, to the late Bob and Fronney Morgan.

She married Jimmy Rice on November 11, 2001, in Dyersburg, TN., who survives of the home.
