Rita Kaye Bissel

Rita Kaye Bissel, 66, of New Madrid passed away April 9, 2022 in New Madrid.

Rita was born December 18, 1955 in East Prairie, to Junior Eddie O'Guin and Roberta Rice of Risco.

Survivors include: three daughters, Jennifer Burton of New Madrid, Sherry and Jonathan Givens of Sikeston, Crystal and Greg Thomas of Cape Girardeau, four sons, Steve and Taletha Burton of Milan, Tennessee, Joseph Burton of Wappapello, James "Bubba" Bissel of New Madrid and Anthony Bissel of Wardell, sister, Judy and Pat Vaughn of Jacksonville, Arkansas, four brothers, Robert Burton of Sikeston, Danny O'Guin of Lexington, TN., Eddie O'Guin of New Madrid and Jimmy and Pocket Burton of New Madrid, fifteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, James Bissel of New Madrid, Danny and Diana O'Guin of TN., other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Georgia Halford
