Patrick Demont Burgess

Patrick Demont Burgess also known as (J. Pat) was born April 10, 1969 in Sikeston Mo. to Bertha Mae Burgess and Henry Duncan. He also worked for the City of Jacksonville Fl until he retired, and he was also a member of Living Word Ministry Church of Jacksonville Fl.  

He departed this life Tuesday August 11, 2020 at his residence in Jacksonville Fl surrounded by his family at the age of 51. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Georgia Kellum his maternal grandfather John Kellum, (3) Aunts: Johnnie Mae Holmes, Dorothy Word, Archie D Kellum, (2) Uncles: Melvin Kellum, Alvin Simmons, (1) bother in law Don Cornelius Kelly.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His wife Louisa Wilson Burgess his mother Bertha Mae Burgess, his mother in law Helen Wilson  (2) bothers James Andrew Jr.(Dorothy) Burgess, of Middleburg Fl. Melvin Dewayne Burgess of New Madrid Mo. (1) sister Freda Hall of St. Louis Mo. ( (1) brother in law Kevin Wilson, and (1) sister in law Shakandas Wilson (2) sons Patrick Jordan Burgess of Bowling Greene Mo, D’Adrian (Laquana) Wilson, Jacksonville Fl. (2) daughters Quantisha Wilson, Taina Wilson of Jacksonville Fl.

 (6) granddaughters Da’Masia Wison, Ka’Miah Grant, DaZaya Wilson, Malaya Wilson, Malaysia Arnold of Jacksonville Fl, Precious Dinardo (Elkart In). (6) grandsons La’Marcus Wilson, La’Mar Wilson, Lamont Wydell Hawkins, Cordel Horne, Dakari Smiley, JahMel Wilcher, of Jacksonville Fl.
