Larry Wofford, Jr. grew up in Chicago, IL. At the age of 13, he and his family relocated to Marston, Missouri. He graduated from the New Madrid County Central High School, and then in 2001 he joined the United States Army and served until he was honorably discharged in 2005. He then moved back to Missouri to Cape Girardeau, before settling in at Sikeston.
Larry loved spending time with his sons. He gave his life to Christ at the young age of 20. He enjoyed reading the bible, he loved pizza on Fridays, and could sing pretty good too.
Survivors include: two sons, Larry Wofford, III, and Jeremiah Wofford, father, Larry Wofford, Sr., mother, Jereline Horne, sisters, Atundra Horne, Devonna and John Ellis, brother, La'Ray Jarmones and Mariques White, other relatives and many friends.
