Juletta Carnell, 72, passed away February 6, 2025 at her home near Lilbourn, MO. She was born January 19, 1953, at Moccasin Holler, near Marston, to the late A.A. And Mavis (McWhirter) Miller. She was a 1971 graduate of Lilbourn High School, attended ITT Technical Institute and had an Associates Degree in Computer Programming from Arkansas Northeastern College in Blytheville. She had worked for Plastene, the Louis-Dreyfus Corporation and Production Credit Association. She was a member of Davis Street Church of Christ in New Madrid.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Wayne Duren of Fayette, MO; one grandson, Spencer Duren and his wife Maddy, of Fayette; one granddaughter Madeline Duren of Fayette; one great grand-daughter, Makinley Duren; one sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Mike Duley of Malden; one brother and sister-in-law, Alvin and Cindy Miller of Lilbourn; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be Monday February 10, 2025 from 1pm to 2pm at Richards Funeral home with Funeral Service at 2pm at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mounds Park Cemetery.
