James Randall Carper, 63, of New Madrid, passed away March 5, 2020 at his home in New Madrid.
He was born January 23, 1957 in Lilbourn, to the late James and Jewel Carper. On January 28, 1986 he was united in marriage to Lori Murphy, who survives of the home. He served in the US Air Force from 1975 until 1985 and was a graduate of Lilbourn high school.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by; one son, James Carper, Jr., two sisters, Cathy Carper and Mary Gardener.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Lori, three daughters, Joanna Ray of Parma, Christina Motes of New Madrid, and Jessica Reeves of New Madrid, two sisters, Sarah Moore of Marston and Peggy Murphy of Lilbourn, other relatives and many friends.
