Herman Smart

Herman “Budha” Smart passed away Sept 6, 2024 at his home in New Madrid at the age of 90 years.  He was born April 24, 1934 in Conway, Ark to the late Lewis and Minerva (Wright) Smart. He married Wilma Williams Smart and she survives of the home.

in addition to his parents He was preceded in death by 1 daughter Janice Williams, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, daughters Edna Williams and Minerva Walker of New Madrid and Leann Mosby of St Louis, Mo. His son Eric Williams of Kansas City, Mo. His brother Lyman Smart of Lilbourn, Mo and  his sister Doris Miles of Elkhart, In.  11 grandchildren and 17 great-children.

He was a lifelong farmer in the New Madrid area.

Visitation is Saturday September 14, 2024 from 12 to 1 pm at Richards Funeral Home with Funeral at 1pm. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery
