Evelyn (Tippen) Peacock

Evelyn Peacock, 89, of New Madrid passed away on Monday December 12, 2022, surrounded by family.

Shd was born in Brosley, Missouri, to the late George and Anna (Breeden) Tippen.

On June 7, 1952 she was united in marriage to William Peacock, who preceded her in death on June 2, 2008.

They were blessed with three children: Sharon (George) Adams, Jan Boone, and Ronnie (Lindy) Peacock, seven grandchildren, Anita Robinson, Lana (Todd) Luke, Amy Williams, Lisa (Mark) Earnheart, and Stephanie Peacock. 

She retired after 33 years from Parma school district as the head cook, while also serving the community.
