Elizabeth “Beth/Becky” Ann Beaher (Riddle) age 80, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2025, at Sylvia G Thompson Residence in Sedalia, MO surrounded by her loving family. She faced life’s challenges with incredible strength, grace, and resilience, leaving behind a legacy of courage and love that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Beth was born on November 9, 1944 to Charles and Mary Riddle. She dedicated her life to teaching, touching lives of many with her patience and compassion.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph (Joe) Beaher; her daughter, Amy Atherton, her granddaughters, Emma and Bray; her son Joseph (Joey) Beaher, daughter-in- law April Beaher and her grandchildren, Grace, Levi, Sam and Joy. Beth is also survived by her brothers, Chuck Riddle, Jim (Debbie) Riddle, Gary (Beth) Riddle and Bob Riddle, as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
In the midst of many challenges she faced, she placed her faith in Jesus. Her favorite passage of scripture was “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30 ESV)
Beth will be remembered for her loving heart, quiet strength, and the profound impact she had on her family, friends and community.

Visitation will be Friday January 17th from 5pm to 7pm at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, Mo
A funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in New Madrid, MO on Saturday January 18th, 2025 at 9AM.
