Donald David Harris

Donald David Harris Jr. passed away on June 30, 2024 at the age of 56 at his home in Kewanee, MO. He was born August 30, 1967 in Flint, MI to the late Donald Harris Sr. and Sharon (Phillips) Harris of Oran, MO. David graduated in 1985 from Oran High School. He enlisted in the Navy in 1986 where he served as a member of the Construction Battallion. He was stationed in Adak. AK.

David married Joni Phelps of New Madrid on December 12, 1993 in Las Vegas, NV, who survives of the home. He is also survived by one son David "Blake" Harris and one daughter, Jordan Harris of New Madrid, MO. Three granddaughters, Piper, Harlee, and Aubree Harris. One sister Teri (Bill) Duschell of Cape Girardeau, MO and one brother, Jason (Jessica) Harris of Ft. Mojave, AZ, one brother in law Mike Kluesner of Oran, MO and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents  David was proceeded in death by one sister Kyle (Harris) Kluesner.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Richard's Funeral Home in New Madrid, MO. from 11am to 1pm with Funeral following at 1pm..
