Dickie Bond was born on Oct. 6, 1941 in East Prairie MO to the late James and Zelma Marshall.
He passed away at Portageville Nursing home on April 29, 2024 at the age of 82.
Preceding him in death were his parents James and Zelma Marshall, 1 brother Danny Bond, 2 sisters, Margaret and Shirley and 1 Great-grandaughter, Kerigan Mullins.
He worked in his earlier years as a farmer for Delisle and Pikey in Conran MO. His later years, He worked for Adams Seed and Supply in Portageville MO.
He was a hard worker and a dedicated Husband and Father. His hobbies were hunting and watching sports (mainly football).
He leaves to cherish his memories The Love of His Life, His Wife of 64 years, Paulette Bond of Portageville MO, and his 3 children. Candi (Rick Cochran) of Malden MO, Christie (Virgil Childers) of Portageville MO and Dickie Jr (Joanna) of Sikeston MO.
7 Grandchildren, Nikki Mullins of Portageville MO, Christopher (Portia) Mayberry of Festus MO, Latisha Childers of Hayti MO, Jessica Carter of Kennet MO, Jared Childers of Portageville MO, Chance (Regan) Howard of Poriageville MO and Tatum Howard of Springfield MO.
8 Great-Grandchildren, Kailynn Mayberry of Dyersburg TN, Ally Mayberry of Festus MO, Zoe Mayberry of Festus MO, Brooklyn Childers of Doniphan MO, Jazlyn Goins of Hayti MO, Keeton Carter of Kennet MO, Kyla Carter of Kennet MO, and 1 precious Great-Grandaughter on the way Jovie Howard of Portageville MO.
And a Host of many other relatives and friends.
He is now Resting in the arms of Jesus until we meet again.
