Charles David Howard

Charles David Howard, 67 of New Madrid, MO., passed away October 30, 2018 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.

He was born August 21, 1951 in Ypsilanti, MI., to the late James R. Howard and Alpha F. Perry Howard.

David loved fishing and riding his side by side UTV. He retired from Associated Electric in 2004.

On February 27, 1970, in New Madrid, he was married to Lydia Ann Polk Howard, who survives of the home.

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by; one son, David G.(wife, Shannon) of Sikeston, MO. and one granddaughter, Hayli Howard of Sikeston, other relatives and many friends.
