Carletha Lola (Tanner) Riley

Carletha Lola Riley, 92 of New Madrid, passed away March 19, 2018 at the New Madrid Living Center in New Madrid.

She was born June 11, 1925 in LaForge, MO., to the late Ralph Ford and Viola Tanner. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Madrid.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by; her husband, Lewis C. Riley, two sons, William "Sonny" Johnson and Charles Johnson, and one daughter, Glenda Nowlan.

Survivors include; two sons, Dennis Johnson of Smithville, TN., and Kenneth Johnson of Lilbourn, one daughter, Brenda Sprague of Mobile, AL., two sisters, Bert Putnam of Sikeston, and Iva Hubbard of Dearborn, MI., one brother, Cletus Tanner of Sikeston, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
