Annette (Graham) Cassel

Annette Graham-Cassel was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 05, 1959 to the union of CL & Alberta Graham. God called her home on the day of Love, Valentine’s Day February 14th, 2022. Annette was affectionately known by so many loving nicknames such as Mutt, Net, TT and Netball. In 1975 she moved to Detroit, MI to live with her sister Emma where she attended school for nursing assistant and worked at Greater Grace Hospital. She was a natural believer in Christ and became a member at New Bethlehem Baptist where her sister Charlene was also a member. In 1994, Net moved back to Missouri, and resided in Howardville than she became a member of Good Hope MB Church. Annette had a personal relationship with God. She walked with God and is now

at peace with no pain and no suffering and everlasting life. 

Netball enjoyed life to the fullest and she loved having a good time with her family & friends. She was the type of person that would give you the shirt off her back. Annette also loved music, especially listening to the blues. Toni Braxton was one of her favorite singers. She enjoyed family, cooking, BINGO & playing her Lottery Numbers. In her later years, Netball was a big fan of Tik Tok. 

She was preceded in death by her mother and father Alberta Luster and CL Graham, husband, Robert Cassel, two brothers, Charles Graham & Edward Graham Sr, and four sisters, Bobbie Smith, Charlene Graham, Celois Graham and Emma Terry. 

She leaves to cherish her loving memories: two sons, Bobby Graham (Renee) of Sikeston, MO., Leon Graham (Kim) of Sikeston, Missouri, three step-children, Yakeyma Lewis of Jonesboro, AR., Robert Cassel II of Charleston, MO., Demone  Williams of Aurora, IL., one grandson, Keon Graham of Chesterfield. MO., three step-grandchildren, Darrin Henderson of Detroit, MI., Toriyana Winfield of Detroit, MI, Drocquan Smith of Kansas, KS., four sisters, Joyce Polley of Howardville, MO., Betty Watson (Bob) of Detroit, MI., MaQuilla Squire of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Beverly Boyd (Tyrone) of Swansea, IL., two brothers, Eugene Reed (Okhui) of St.Roberts, MO, Melvin Reed of Winterhaven, FL., and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
