Obituary

Alton Sullenger, 84, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away March 21, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

Alton was born December 20, 1937, in Southeast Missouri, to the late Clyde Sullenger and Celestean Cook.

Mr. Alton was a pool shark and played Missouri 8 ball and 9 ball.

Survivors include: one daughter, Tina Sullenger and husband Steve Bryson of St. Louis, one sister, Jean Hornburg of Moscow Mills, Missouri, one brother, Eugene and wife Rosanne Sullenger of Godfrey, IL., eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by, one daughter, Sheila "Penny" Smith, one son, Henry "Butch" Sullenger, two sisters, Geraldine Sullenger and Betty Cheatham, and two nieces, Donna Hedge and Nena Hornburg.
