Ricky Joe Patton, 61, passed away Sept. 16, 2017, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born March 5, 1956, in Blytheville, Ark., he was the son of the late Clifton Patton and Mary Ann Adams Wilkerson, who survives of Lilbourn.
On Aug. 28, 2010, at the First Church of God in Lilbourn, he married Kimberly Shelby, who survives of the home.
He was a member of the First Church of God in Lilbourn, a construction contractor and loved playing guitar and singing.
Survivors include: two sons, Ricky Joe Patton Jr. of Ohio and John Clifton (Jessica) Patton; four daughters, Mary Jo Patton Wilson of Indiana, Beth Ann (Lionel) Howard of Ohio, Olivia Ann Patton and Layla Grace Patton, both of Lilbourn; one sister, Ruth Ann Scott of Illinois; one brother, Robert Leo Patton of Missouri and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother.
Services will be at noon Tuesday at the First Church of God in Lilbourn with Dodie Townsend officiating.
Burial will follow at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with full military honors.
