Lonnie Joe Duncan Jr., 64, formerly of Lilbourn, Mo., died June 25, 2017, at his home in Houston.
Born Aug. 21, 1952, in Sikeston, son of the late Lonnie and Dell Anderson Duncan Sr., he graduated from Lilbourn High School in 1970. He attended Southeast Missouri State University, then enlisted in the US Air Force. After four years of service, he returned home to work in the lumber/hardware business. In 1982, he moved to Houston and worked in the railcar repair business until his death.
Survivors include: one sister, Joanna Duncan Haralson of Wynne, Ark.; one brother, Jerry Webb and Kathy Duncan of Lilbourn; three nephews, Joseph Duncan of St. Louis, Josh and Laura Haralson of Birmingham, Ala., and Jake and Leann Haralson of Wynne; and five great-nieces and -nephews and many cousins.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mounds Park Cemetery with full military honors.
