Dallas Hall Obituary

Dallas Hall, 88, of New Madrid, passed away April 8, 2019 in Sikeston, MO., at the Delta South Care Center.

He was born September 11, 1930, son of the late James and Maggie Ward Hall.

He lived most of his life in West Virginia, where he graduated from high school and then joined the US Navy and was a Veteran of the Korean War. After his time in the service he attended Marshall College, where he met and married his wife, Shirley, who survives of the home. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in New Madrid, having served as the President of the Board for many years.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of New Madrid.  Over the years, he was involved in many organizations and served on many boards.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sons, Mike and Greg Hall.

Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Denise Hall of Sikeston, MO., one daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Bobby Smith of New Madrid, seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Betty Hall of Florida, Eva May Maynard of Florida and Margaret McClellan of West Virginia and one brother Frank Hall of Kentucky.
