Billy Bob Todd, Jr. 39, formerly of New Madrid, passed away February 23, 2019 in Perryville, Missouri.

He was born March 8, 1979 in Washington, MO., to the late Essie Bowers and Bob Todd.

Billy grew up in St. Clair, MO. He was well known to everyone in the fishing community and loved by many family members and friends.

Survivors include; Heather White and their daughter, Breanna White of the home, ten siblings, other relatives and many friends.
