Norman Dayton Fuller

April 20, 1977 ~ June 14, 2017 (age 40) 40 Years Old


Norman Dayton Fuller, 40, passed to his heavenly home on June 14, 2017 at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, after a long hard fight against leukemia.

Born April 20th, 1977 in Covington, Tennessee, he was the son of Truman (Ted) Dayton Fuller and Brenda Kay Hartman Fuller.

He was an employee of the University of Memphis in the Physical Plant. He did masonry, carpentry, and other maintenance work that he greatly loved doing.

He also enjoyed barbecuing each year on campus and for his doctors and nurses giving him care at the hospital. He also had made many friends at the University and enjoyed their company.

Norman is survived by his children who he loved deeply and was very proud of: Trevor Dayton, Kellen Carter and Kingston Carter; Two sisters: Jessica Renea and Ann Marie; One brother: Scott Matthew; one niece Brittany Nicole; one great niece Clover Mae and two nephews Justin Tyler and Joshua David; two special friends Susan and Joe Taylor, and many more friends, loved ones and relatives. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Franklin (Buck) Lonzo and Lydia Mae Hartman and paternal grandparents, Norman Dayton and Rena Mae Ivey Fuller.

Norman wanted to make sure a special thank you goes to everyone who helped him the hardest time of his life. Thank you!
