Mary Jane (Whitson) McDonald passed away at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo, at the age of 76 years 7 months and 11 days. She was born August 17,1940 at Madrid Bend to Earl Jackson Whitson and Mary ( Scott) Whitson.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Kelly McDonald, husband, Charlie McDonald, sister, Renee Hoff , 3 brothers, Lloyd Whitson, James G. Whitson, Lynn Whitson.
Jane was certified nurses aid for years and a homemaker. She was a good cook, and liked to read, work in her flowers, liked going to flea markers.
She graduated from Canalou High School in 1957 and lived in Portageville for over 20 years.
She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Wayne McDonald of Mesa, AZ, her two sisters, Judy Peal of Robertsdale Al., Dian Radig, Anaheim Hills, Cal. Three brothers, Kenneth L. (Ann) Whitson of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Stanley (Judy) Whitson of Fairhope, Al. Danny ( Brenda)
Whitson of Festus, Missouri. Also several nieces and nephews. Also many friends and neighbors.
