Joseph S. "Joe" Calabretta

Joseph S. “Joe” Calabretta died peacefully at his home on October 31, 2015 surrounded by his family. He was born in Celaro (Aquila), Italy, and was the son of the late Rene and Agnes Calabretta. He is survived by his wife, Karen, and his daughter, Elizabeth.
Joseph graduated from Christian Brothers High School in 1972 and Christian Brothers University in 1984. He was a certified public accountant. He was a communicant at St. Louis Catholic Church and an active member of The Men’s Club.
Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Tuesday, November 3 at St. Louis Catholic Church, 203 S. White Station. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Wednesday, November 4 at St. Louis. Interment will be in New Madrid, MO.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Christian Brothers High School, St. Louis Catholic Church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
